Changes in OA Reports for 2026

The annual rollover of OA reports has been completed.  All reports are now setup to show 2026, 2025, 2024 and 2023 reports.   Links to 2026 reports will not show data until there is data in Eventor.  For example there will be no 2026 results for local and and state events until some 2026 events have been completed.

At this stage there are no major changes to the actual OA reports.  If you would like a new report added for your state please contact ian.rathbone@orienteering.asn.au and provide the details on the report you require.

Changes in OA Reports in 2025

Membership and Participation Stats

Major changes were made to both membership stats reports and participation stats reports. These reports now use a 5 way split in age groupings and a 10 way split in age/sex groupings.  Sub Juniors are under 13, Juniors are 13 to 20, Seniors are 21 to 34, Masters are 35 to 64 and Veterans are over 65. These reports also provide a roll up to either All Juniors & All Adults or All Males & All Females as well as Totals.

Membership Check Reports

A number of new reports were developed to assist administrators to check membership.  In addition to the existing 'Unrenewed Memberships', 'Unpaid Memberships' and 'Dual Memberships', new reports have been developed for 'New Club Memberships' and 'New State Memberships'. These reports are available from the 'Membership Checks' submenu.

On all reports below each table there is now information provided to show when the table data was last updated from Eventor.
